My wife Carolyn and I moved to Scituate four years ago, and prior we had lived in and around Boston. At the time we were renting and had just welcomed our son, Arlo. Suddenly as parents we experienced an instinctual need to plan for the future, and plant roots somewhere that felt like home.

Spellman Family

Before getting into real estate, I sold medical supplies throughout the northeast working remotely and traveling to see customers. This allowed us to explore a number of different communities, and in doing so we were able to get a sense of what we wanted out of life, for us and our kids. We decided to take a drive to the South Shore, and experience the different communities of Scituate, Cohasset, Marshfield, Hingham, Norwell, Hull, Weymouth, Duxbury, and other awesome neighboring towns.

We love the ocean, and there are so many incredible public beaches here. The South Shore is full of stunning marsh views, beautiful nature trails, and picturesque landscapes inspired by rivers and the sea. There are a number of awesome restaurants, shops, golf courses, family activities, local businesses and so much more. Within each town you will find something uniquely different, each with it's own New England charm and character.

We've enjoyed becoming part of a community making a lot of friends in our time here, and we still see all our friends in Boston (a short 25 mile ride to the city, or commute by train or ferry). For us, we found the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood. We just welcomed a baby girl, Goldie, and we couldn't be happier for choosing this amazing place to call home.

"Across multiple home purchases, Mack is the best realtor I've dealt with. ...He actively leverages a team of attorneys, mortgage brokers, contractors and a network of other "team members" to get things done. He's a very knowledgeable full service agent and I recommend him without reservation. A+ work."

-John S.

"I had a great experience selling my home. The process was smooth and I was kept informed throughout the process. I would gladly rely on Mack again if I ever decide to move back in the area."

-Thien

"Mack recently helped my wife and I navigate the first-time home buying experience with a newborn and we couldn't have been happier with the process. Mack was ahead of the game every step of the way. Before I had questions, Mack had the answer and allowed my wife and I to focus fully on parenting during a busy time in our lives.
...I can't recommend him enough."

-Winston

Mack was extremely professional and a joy to work with. He helped me through the entire process with my South Boston Condo. Best in the Business!

-Nick

"We would highly recommend Mack, he is very dedicated to his clients making the process as easy as possible. He was available at any time and we appreciated all his support..."

-Dianne

"Purchasing a home in today's market is absolutely mind-boggling. I recently purchased my fourth home. While I've got some experience in doing so, the current climate made me feel like a first-time home buyer at times. Thankfully, I had Mack guiding me through this process. His professional and thorough approach were much needed. He was always so responsive to put deals together when I was ready to make a bid, and was always right on the money when it came to evaluating a property. I'd recommend Mack to anyone looking to buy or sell, whether this is your first home or your tenth!"

-John T.

"Mack was a joy to work with - his responsiveness was so impressive and his care and honesty - so appreciated... We are so grateful for his help and highly recommend."

-Jean
